This is one of many ways to approach this in Alteryx. A cleaner solution would add cleanups/conversions of your date fields to actually be dates.

Hi @nagakavyasri,

Your solution might need a 3rd formula to pick up the unmatched records from the Join (R) output. It's possible they may be different from the Join (L) unmatched records.
