Permission to Data Connection when running the flow in Gallery

Hey guys,

I have a workflow published with Gallery Data Connection and the workflow owner has permissions to that Data connection.

But when somebody else try to run the flow from Gallery, it throws an error on the Data connection.

When we give permission on the data connection to the user who is trying to run from Gallery, the flow works.

I thought only the workflow owner had to have permission to data connection, or not?

Something I might be missing?

Hi @Tanai_Goncalves ,

Everyone using the connection must have access to the Gallery Data Connection, meaning, owner and end-users running the workflow.

The idea behind it is the Gallery admin have a centralized space when it comes to the users accessing data coming from data connections. 

If the company doesn't mind having all the users accessing the data connections, I suggest creating user groups and adding the groups on both collection and Data connection.
