Column ordering in a particular format

Hi all,

Can someone assist me to achieve the required format provided in the Workflow. I need to Group by the BU and then Second Column shall have the Position wise Data and Months will be Sort in the Ascending order Position Wise.

Is this what you are looking to do? The data in your desired output does not show up anywhere in your inputs. I didnt see any Directors listed.

Required output format is not the Exact Output which is for the input I have shared but the structure or pattern shall follow the same format.

I actually have achieved this already realised that for all months they don't have count so the month column was not sorting . Yes the input doesn't have the Director Data. The output structure was what I was looking into. It is fine. Thank you for your quick response.
