Calculated total column in a Cross Tab

Question

I create a monthly report of which this Cross Tab table is a part of.

How do I get the "Total" column to add just some of the columns Sum_0 through Sum_5?

Caveat: Those columns (0-5) may vary month after month. Sometimes there might just be columns 0,4 and 5. Other times it could be columns  0,4,5,E,F., etc.

Thank you! This solves the problem of having variable columns, but how do I solve the problem of adding some of those columns, not all of them.

Let me explain further:

The Total Column (in my case) should show the total as in the example, but there has to be another column to show the total of only some columns. For example, lets say there are columns 0,1,2,3,E,F and this additional column must calculate the sum of columns O,2, and F only.
