Another table transposing question

Question

Am sure this is answered somewhere, but really struggling.  I am basically trying to flip a table, but have been trying unsuccessfully for a long time to do this.  The actual table is a lot bigger than the picture as the P&L account and balance sheet data are much larger, but hopefully shows what i am trying to do.  Any help would be gratefully received.

@MilindG That's great - thanks you so much - was really struggling.  Now you've shown me what to select in the configuration for the Cross tab and transpose, it makes a lot more sense.  Many thanks
