I need to convert following input to following output. How can I achieve this ?

Input

F1	F2	F3
Sub	1st attempt	1st attempt passed
Eng	45	34
Math	56	32
Sub	All attempt	All attempt passes
Eng	56	23
Math	44	22

Output

Sub	1st attempt	1st attempt passed	All attempt	All attempt passes
Eng	45	34	56	23
Math	56	32	44	22

ENDIF
