Merging Data in multiple rows

Question

Hi,

I have an invoice data where some activities happened on each day and every day a new row is created where each row has been given a sequence number and also put some comment at each sequence number and I want to merge the sequence and comments the way in given in the below screen shot, would request if someone can help me with the same:

I am sure it should work, I have huge data set taking too long to pull, will test and confirm about the result soon.
