CReW_LogParser Marco by Adam Riley: Cannot Get Full Error Message

Hi all,

When I use the macro called CReW_LogParser made by Adam Rile, the error message seems to always get cut off at ~250 characters. I have experimented on modifying all the tools in the macro but still can't change the character limit. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Thanks!

Hi @danilang ,

I tried it, but it still didn't show the full error message. Could it be some restriction within the Log Parser, and do you happen to know how to change the limit in the Log Parser macro? I have tried to modify the tools inside the macro but nothing I tried worked. Thank you!

Hi @elinalin

Put a Table tool after the Log Parser output and then an Email tool.  Configure the email to use the [Table] field as the body.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for your reply. Is there a way to output the full error message instead of viewing it through a Browse tool? I am interested in viewing the full error message in an automated email by attaching an Email tool after the Log Parser.
