Change temp folder path without opening Alteryx

I had my temp folder as my external hard drive which can no longer be accessed. Because of this, I can no longer open Alteryx since it can't find the external hard drive.

How can I repoint the temporary directory to my C drive without opening Alteryx?

Hi @Blewis21 , I haven't tested this but it's worth a try. Find RuntimeSettings.xml in ProgramFiles/Alteryx/bin/RuntimeData...

...and see what it says in the <DefaultTempFilePath> section:

If there's something in there, delete it so it looks like mine. Hopefully this helps you find the problem!
