I would like to get the input from text box and set the user input value to an excel column? Is that possible?

Thank you for your help. But, what I am trying to do is to fill the entire column or new column with the input value. For example, I wanted to fill the column " From Text Box" with the value that I entered from the text box. Please see attached file.
