Dynamic filter with options displayed in Server

Hi Team!

I have been asked something that I don't think is possible but I always get surprised here.

Basically I have an excel database with a list of counterparties and I need the alteryx to read the file and show me a list of the different counterparties (before continue running the workflow) for me to be choose the ones that I want to see in the output. Do you know if this is possible? The build would need to run in 2 stages, first one to create the list of options and a second one to validate the counterparties that I want to see and complete the run.
