Can I create multiple Apps for same workflow ?

I have different users (employees and managers)
I need to build Apps for employees and then get approved by their managers ( one or two levels of approvals) for the same workflow ?
is it possible ?

its simple apps
employees enter text data
managers just review and approve by one click

if required, we can use SQL server data warehouse and alteryx server

Employee and manager are two different users. So you can create two different apps. 

1) 1st app - Employee will enter data by running 1st app.

2) 2nd app - Manager will give his feedback by running 2nd app.
