CCD/MCD by County and the CDP/Place file

Hi,

I am trying to find out which areas on the CCD/MCD file are CDP's vs. non-CDP. Keep in mind the files do not have a unique identifier.  When using the Spatial Matching tool duplicates results are generated. What tools can be used to avoid duplication of results?

Hi.

The CCD/MCD file contains 36,511 records when using the spatial match tool against the places file the results on the M are 39983 and the U 14,468

Can you provide some simple input files and preferably your workflow to highlight where the duplicates may be occurring
