Creating "Reporting Period" Field from Input Date Range Parameters

Hello,

I'm a bit stuck on how to use the formula tool to create a custom field that has the reporting period (start and end dates). I have built an analytic app where the user inputs a start and end date for the report run.

For example, the user would input a 2022-01-01 start date and 2022-12-31 end date. I'm trying to create a new "Reporting Period" field that displays "2022-01-01 to 2022-12-31". Also, can this be derived from the filter tool since the analytic app user input update these dates? Thank you in advance for your help!

@Linders The below post has a similar use case, just change the Fpath to a field you want. I updated the workflow
