How to pivot this data?

Can somebody give me some pointers..... I want to take this:

and turn it into this:

I want the list of names that the comment applies to and the comment itself, I cant get my head round how to check if the comment is the same as another comment and if so group it up

Hey @craigja, you can Group By [Info] and create a concatenated list of [Name] in a Summarize tool:

If you then need your output in a single field then you can construct this in a Formula like so:

Group by and concat name with info.yxmd

I think you want to concatenate your values by a group and then append the group in a formula, like so,
