Summarize for multiple columns

I have the Raw Data coming in as seen in attached excel.

I am trying to create a Pivot table as seen in the second tab. I am able to do this in Excel but having a hard time to do this in Alteryx. Is there an easy way to do this in a workflow?

Find Attached. You'll need to edit the Input connection to match the location your excel file is saved. But this should what you have in your Pivot.

One edit that needs to be made to the workflow. In the Summarize tool the drop down to "Count" for Lines should be changed to "Count non Null" I just noticed it was counting null Line records for SINDHA which it should not do.
