What tool connects an input flow to an email email flow

I have an email contact excel sheet coming from the summarize tool after concatenation. What tool can i connect the summarize tool to, in order to get it included in the email output tool so that i can use the excel names in the email contacts?

@Dittau One option use the 'Output File Name as Field ' in the input tool, in that case, you will get the Excel File name in a separate field
