How to reorder a column

Hello -

I have a column like below-

I want to reorder the column . See in the last, 7 is missing. So which tool will be suitable to fix . If multiple row formula then what will be the configuration /formula.

Thank you so much for your quick reply and help . I was trying to include workflow in my data but getting duplicate records. I am attaching data sheet. Look at the record ID -1130 to 1134.
