Can I reorder fields from Layout tool (Reporting tools)

Question

My layout tool is changing the order I had previously of the fields . I wanted Facility ID, Facility Currency, Eff. Date and Mat. Date , like I had previously on the select tool. The goal is to obtain a report equal to the pdf printscreen I shared.

How can I reorder the fields from the layout output?
