Where to define the primary key while updating data into a database table?

I have a workflow, that appends some record and updates some record in a database table. The append output works, but for the update option I am getting an error. See attachment.

Can anyone please help me with this? Where and how can I define primary key for this workflow?

@danilang - Options are slightly different for different data sources. It depends on what a data source supports. Flat files don't have keys.

When did the Key for Update option get added?  It's not on the File Format Options help page.
