How to connect to Gallery using Internet Explorer
When connecting to the Gallery via Internet Explorer, the page may not fully load. In hardened environments, this is more prevalent.
Procedure
1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Settings > Internet Options.
image.png 2. Click on the Security Tab, then choose Trusted Sites > Sites.
image.png 3. In the following window, add your full Gallery URL, then choose "Add". You may now close, apply and exit the window.
Common Issues
For hardened server environments, it is possible that only Internet Explorer is approved to be used. When trying to connect to the Gallery URL the page may appear to load partially, but never fully loads. Adding your Gallery URL to the list of trusted sites within IE will solve this issue and the page will then load fully.
Internet Explorer is officially end of life, though some server environments will only use this browser as installation of third-party browsers is not allowed.
