Get the list of User who is not logged in Alteryx Designer

Question

I am an Alteryx Server Admin, we have number of license issued for the Users. In that i would like to extract the user who did not login to Alteryx Designer . We will mark them as an Inactive Users and reallocate the license to the required active user. I was trying to find the Audit log for the same. is there anyone help me to find the audit log for the above scenario.

Hi @Preethi_1987 ,

It is not possible to get this information from MongoDB. However, from MongoDB, you can get the last server signing date, not the designer one. For the designer, you can follow the @gabrielvilella approach to look into the license portal.

You can find this information of the last time a user used Designer in the License Portal. To extract that info from there, please contact your Alteryx representative. If you are interested in audit info, this page might help you https://help.alteryx.com/platform/audit-logs
