Getting error while using XLSX output

Question

The data output in xlsx format is getting corrupted, I have used multiple sheets to paste data in same excel workbook by using block before done tool just before the final output so multiple output can write in same excel file.

But the data gets corrupted randomly with xml part error in excel , trying to recover and data output is incorrect.

Can someone please suggest a alternative.

I encourage you to try isolating the issue, see which output is getting the file corrupted, that might give you some insight.
