recursive workflow automation

this is my current workflow:

the prompt looks like this:

i would like to replace the prompt with a worksheet that has all the permutations of selections so that the workflow can just cycle thru and run every possible combination and save the results to the report. how to redesign workflow?

can i use the macro input tool to set the drop down selections?

if yes, how to make it work? i set the input to pull from file:

but get an error on running:

@avuong6 you will have to turn your workflow into an an iterative macro to get this to work.
