Remove the Subtotals rows Based on country and Area total

Hello All, Thanks in advance . I am stuck with a problem .I want to remove the subtotal rows (Yellow highlighted fields in Country column in the attached excel . The number field total up in those rows based on country and regions. Could you please guide me how to achieve that
