sharing workflows

Hi All,

I am one of several users of Alteryx at my company.  We all have several dozen workflows that we manage and update as stakeholders ask, plus we want to ensure that we have others who can access our workflows and possibly edit them if we're not available.

I'm planning on taking time off for vacation, and want to ensure that other users can see and edit my workflows.

How do I do that?

Hi @prpatel ,

If your company is using Alteryx Server, you may create a Collection and add your workflows and your colleagues in it.

If not, you may copy your workflows on shared drive where your colleagues have access to.

Or you may consider using Git for more version control. (Workflow is an .xml file after all. So you can treat it as a text file.)
