Sum based on criteria

Hello,

How can I group/sum 2 columns (Qtd and Sum)  based on first column criteria ? 

For example for the first row I have to sum/group the quantity and the values of account 3011 + 3016 and for the next row 3012+3017 and so on as picture below.
