Hi,

Could you please assist me on below queries:

1. How many users can be added to my collections to view/run the workflows?

2. As an administrator can I change the default assignment of number of members/artists provided to private studio users.

3. If the 2nd point is a default  option and cannot be changed. Please may I know why was this restricted?

1.  As many as you want.

2.  This depends a bit on how you set up your server.  If using a log-in for users, then go to the Permissions tab to set default.  If using Windows Authentication, there are some settings in the System settings you can use to limit.  See https://help.alteryx.com/server/11.5/admin/index.htm#Administration/Permissions.htm for more information.
