Symbol of Comma Eliminator When Export any .csv file?
You should set just comma ",".
No need to add "\".
You may try it on your Designer.
And it is a default value when you specify .csv in Output Data tool.

Then you may specify the "Delimiters" field of Output Data Tool.
For example, if you want to use Tab, set "\t".
You may also specify pipe "|", percent "%" or whatever you want.
