SharePoint List Input Tool - Can't Connect

Hey All, 

We have a workflow that uses the SharePoint List Input Tool.  This workflow has been successfully running for a long time but suddenly has stopped working.  

Now we get the following error: The sign-in name or password does not match one in the Microsoft account system.  

What is really throwing us off is that we can run this workflow successfully with a user account but when we try running with the service account (which is the original account used for the tool and had been working) we get the error.  From what I can tell there are no differences between the permission settings for the two accounts.  

Designer version is 2021.4

Any ideas on what could be tripping the service account?

If this workflow was successfully running and has stopped, then the error probably lies with something outside the workflow.  Here are some things to try

1. Have an Alteryx admin log on to the server using the service account and try to connect to the SP list through a browser. 
2. Have the Admin log on to the server using another account that can connect to SP.
3. Have the admin log on a to a different machine with the service account and connect to SP through the browser.
4. Run the workflow on a different machine using the service account.   

Using the results of these test, you should be able to track down if the error is with the service account(password, permissions, etc) or the connection(firewall, black list, etc) between the Alteryx server and SP.   Once you narrow it down, work with your SP and/or infrastructure team to narrow down the problem.
