Excel Output File Name Configuration

Description of Process	For each output Action: Save as Todays Date & File Name on a share drive I would like the file save to automatically reference a column in my data set with the file name and use that information to create the file.
Description of Input - IN ALTERYX	See Excel File Attached Called Input Sample
Description of Output (DESIRED OUTPUT IN EXCEL &	I would like it to reference that data in the Column Called file name in the excel file attached.

@Leanna12 - For future reference, try to redact specific data such as network paths, etc.

Here's an example where you just need to update the formula tool with your network path info 'YOUR NETWORK PATH HERE\'

I changed the input data to demonstrate with this example that 2 different files would be output based on the Project Notes value.
