Combining multiple rows with common fields

Question

I'm trying to find the most efficient way to take information like this:

First Name    Last Name  Details

EthanKleinDental BenefitsEthanKleinMedical benefitsEthanKleinFamily planLaurenMayFamily planLauren MayMedical benefitsLauren MayHome benefitsLauren MayDental benefitsLauren MayChildcare benefitsJacobHoranDental BenefitsJacobHoranMedical BenefitsJoshForbesMedical Benefits

and create one row for each person, combining each of the different details into one chunk of text divided by commas.

The goal is to get something like this:

First Name Last Name Details

EthanKleinDental Benefits, Medical Benefits, Family PlanLaurenMayFamily plan, Medical benefits, Home benefits, Dental benefits, Childcare benefitsJacobHoranDental Benefits, Medical BenefitsJoshForbesMedical Benefits

One of my bigger problems is the fact that each person will have a different number of rows, so I can't just set a number of rows to combine, I have to check and make sure the first and last names are matching.

Any ideas are appreciated, thank you!
