Download tool error

Question

Hi,

I have an error "Download (2) Error transferring data: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK for" in the download tool. This error occurs when I upgrade the server, but the workflow is completely successful when running on a local PC.

@Muhummad_Solehudin could you also provide the Alteryx version that you are running on the Sever and in Designer (local desktop)?

There were some change in the SSL stack of the latest versions of Alteryx which could impact on what you are seeing.

Thanks for your reply. I am doing web scraping and the error pops up when I run on the server.
