Dynamic Input Tool Question

Good morning folks,

I have a quick question about the Dynamic Input tool so I'm trying to send a field to the output using the "Pass a Field to the Output" option but I'm not 100% how to configure this correctly with my Stored Procedure. 

Has anyone got any advice on configuring the tool for this use case, I did read the help documentation but I couldn't really make sense of it.

This might be a silly question but any and all tips and help is appreciated.
