Server Usage Report Issues

Question

The server usage report macro has a couple of issues that need to be remedied.

* Sizing:  My preference would be Automatic.  If you want to modify your sizing, you need to go into the supporting macros and modify the XML manually.   Otherwise the defaults will be used and overwrite any preferences that you save in your final twb.
* Support for UTF16 (international characters):  With jobnames that include these special characters, the workflow needs modification to change the data type from vstring to vwstrings.  Errors occur otherwise.
