Bucketing data into grouping of same journal combinations

Hello!

I have a list of journals with millsons of line item, what I am seeking to do is group them in to different buckets if they are following up with the same account combinations eg: Dr Cash Cr Revenue.

Is there any simple tool which can achieve this?

I would appreciate the help!

You can flag then easily by formula tool

Use formula tool to create a partition key (ie  Dr Cash Cr Revenue) then either use summarize to aggregate (group by partition key/sum your field) or do whatever you need to do to process downstream.
