Errors on running workflow

Hello,

I have workflows that I have permitted another user to run. While the user is able to run some of the workflows, she is not able to run others. I have giver the same permissions to her but still there is an error: "workflow completed with errors". I have ran the same workflow on the gallery but it doesnt have an error. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Knowing what is the exact error might give you some information on the actual issue. You can see it within the workflow messages for that given run. My guess here is that the workflows that don’t work are accessing data somewhere that only your user has access to. A folder, for instance. To resolve this issue you can set your own credential when saving the workflow to the Gallery. If this option is not available, you need to contact the Server admin.
