I would like to disable the Workflow Validation as it takes a long time to update the workflow. I don't find the option under File--> Save.
Am I searching for the option at the wrong place?

Gallery is used for scheduling the workflow to run automatically at frequent intervals.

The workflow validation will be available when you are trying to save the workflow to Gallery.
It will pop up when File -> Save As -> Private Gallery -> Then you will have a check box to enable/disable Validate workflow.
