We are having an issue with workflow for one of our clients.
The WF is simple: In Alteryx Gallery accept a file as an Input from the User and then send it to FTP Location.
The File format is : xlsx , txt file and an file with no extension (but is a txt file).
The WF works fine when RUN on Alteryx Designer on a local computer but fails on Gallery interface. On input of a file it shows "File Format not supported"
