Searching and compiling using variable data

Hello - new user looking for help getting started on the below problem. Any assistance is appreciated. 

I have a data set similar to below:

and would like an output per below:

The currencies provided will be variable so they workflow would need to systematically read available currencies and create new columns accordingly.
