I need to check whether the "Validation Required" column is "Yes". If Yes, I need to repeat the value for the rows that match the Case Number. My formula works only if the Case Number continues. Please help.

@allwynbazil yes, if you delete the record ID tool and the sort tool, it will work. The result will be as expected, but it will not keep the original data order.
Using the multi row formula you would need to sort the data too.
