Need help to create pdf by name and add table in between Text.

Hello - see attached data table, workflow and also how the output i want. Basically text up and below and a table in between - with output grouped by fullname and also file name output based on full name. The table should pick up data and if there is no data in the row then should not add in the table. please help as i am not able to add it. Sheet 1 has data and the table tab has example.

Are you looking for something like this:

I made it so that each row of data that you input, you will have a report template ready.

The dates are dynamic as well, except for the Header's report title, which is based on Year.
