I need to add subtotals to multiple rows at the break of certain charge types. I would like for the end output to look like this once it is exported to excel. What is the best way to accomplish this?

It seems like all of the solutions I have seen involve one or more text files as the input. I will be using excel files as the input. Would it be possible for you to show me how it would work with the attached dummy data? It should look like this at the end of the day.
