Based on data on excel sheet how to create new filed

Hi All,

I have two excel sheets in that one excel sheet have "Show Values", how to create new filed with 0 and 1,

if show values word found i need to give 1 or else 0, i tried with multi field tool im unable to do it. Please suggest. for reference please have a look at attachment.

Please use select tool to modify the column location if it needs to come after Field1.

@ShankerV Using excel sheet tabs i have to build the logic, that is actually expected output how it looks like. please refer attached excel file.
