Convert Pivot Table back

Question

Hey guys,

I currently have a problem to transpose my pivot table back to a "normal" (I don't know what it technically called) database. My database looks like below

But I would like to have the database like this below.

I tried it with the Transpose-Tool but it does not work very well.... I don't know what I did wrong and where my mistake was. 
Can you help me?
