Import data that have 2 table in same sheet & import multiple sheet with different schema

I have 2 sheet contained same data but the structure (schema) is different and the sheet has excel merged cell.

Input 1 (sheet 1)

Input 2 (sheet 2)

> This 2 sheet contained similar data but the schema is different and both sheet contained merged cell where when import into Alteryx it will have null value.

> The output should be in flat file form

Also in the Input file the row mentioning as Input has been deleted as it was for explaining reference.
