Fix the dummy column size

Hi I have created a dummy column but when pushing it from the layout tool to the Render tool the size of it is getting smaller and I am not able to adjust it.

Example:

If you see below I created a dummy column

What I need is something like this.

What I have tried so far:

1. From the table tool I increased the size of the dummy column

2. From the Layout tool I manually adjusted the width 

3. render tool, I tried to increase the size of the page size and custom size as well

Could you please share the worflow, so can see where and in what format the dummy column is added.

That will help to resolve the issue.
