How to get result in Third column keeping text as differentiator

Question

Hi,

I want to get result in third column(New Column) Saying if 2022 does not contain same country as 2021 then in New column print that Country name.

Example 1:
In new column I want Russia to flow.

Ex 2:
In here i want Thailand to come in new column
