Total Column

Hello,

Hopefully a pretty straight forward question here. I'm new to Alteryx and have just started building my first basic workflow. However I am stuck with this problem. I want a total column (on the far right side of the data) which adds up all the months values per customer. The months/customers will change each time I run the report.

If you right-click the cross tab tool at the top of Designer, you can open up an example.

One of the examples (last example), if you configure the cross tab tool shown below. you will get a total column / total row value.

Try checking 'Total Column' in your cross tab tool. That should dynamically update with your changing columns.
