I am getting the below-mentioned error for all the Models that are saved on the document location. Please assist how I resolve this.

The error message is saying that you don't have access to the workflow that is in the folder path.
In order to access the workflow, I would recommend trying to gain access to that folder path in a File Explorer first, before trying to open it in Designer.
You will be able to open the workflow after you gain permission to the \Documents\Alteryx\Models\UKG Models\Models folder path.
